Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026 · Effective: July 16, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and is not allowed when using the Provisio Sigil platform and website (the "Service"), operated by A2Z Holdings KS, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, doing business as "Provisio Sigil." This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service on acceptable use, this AUP controls.

You are responsible for your own use of the Service, for the AI agents you build, connect, or deploy (including agents built elsewhere that you bring to the Service), and for making sure your users and your agents follow this policy.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service, or allow anyone or any agent you deploy to use it, to:

  • Break the law or help others break the law.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Produce or distribute content that is harmful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
  • Deceive or defraud others, including impersonation, phishing, or spreading disinformation.
  • Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.

2. AI-Specific Prohibitions

Because the Service is built to create and deploy AI agents, you also may not use the Service or your deployed agents to:

  • Generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or content this policy otherwise prohibits.
  • Violate the privacy of others, including collecting, inferring, or exposing personal data without a proper legal basis.
  • Make or automate high-stakes decisions (for example, about a person's employment, credit, housing, insurance, health, or legal rights) without the human oversight the law or good practice requires. You are responsible for keeping a human in the loop where it is needed.
  • Present AI output as human-generated where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful, or where disclosure is required.
  • Evade, bypass, or abuse a connected service's own terms, rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
  • Use compliance signals or scores as a substitute for qualified legal or compliance advice, or represent that Provisio Sigil has certified or approved your agent.

You are responsible for the behavior and output of the agents you deploy. See Section 7 (AI Agents and Outputs) and Section 9 (Compliance Coverage and Scores) of the Terms of Service.

3. Security and Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or bypass any security or access controls.
  • Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated means beyond the intended API or interface use.
  • Share your account credentials, keys, or connection tokens with anyone else, or let more than one person use a single subscription. A subscription is for one Authorized User, as described in Section 3 of the Terms of Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading it, sending excessive requests, or introducing malicious code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Resell the Service, or use it to build or run agents for clients or other third parties, without a Team Agreement, as described in the Terms of Service.

4. Your Keys and Connectors

You are responsible for the AI provider keys and connectors you bring to the Service. You must have the right to use each key and to connect each service, and you must follow each provider's and connector's own terms. Do not connect a service or use a key in a way that would violate that provider's rules.

5. Your End Users

If your deployed agents serve your own end users, you are responsible for their use of the agents and for making sure that use follows this policy and applicable law. You are the controller for your end users' data, and you are responsible for the notices, consents, and legal basis that apply to it. Our Data Processing Agreement covers this relationship and is available on request at dev@provisiosigil.com.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, or of security issues affecting the Service, contact us at dev@provisiosigil.com.

7. Consequences of Violation

If you violate this policy, we may take action that is reasonable in the circumstances, including:

  • Removing or disabling access to offending content or configurations.
  • Suspending or ending your access to the Service.
  • Taking steps to protect the Service, other users, and third parties.
  • Reporting activity to the authorities where required or appropriate.

Where practical and not prohibited by law or the circumstances, we will give you notice before taking action. For serious violations, we may act without prior notice.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
